About Role:

Give a warm welcome to customers as they enter the store and make a good impression. Make sure every customer who visits the boutique has a memorable time. Make sure VIP visitors are seated comfortably and receive the hospitality they demand, such as refreshment, coffee, tea, and water. Determine the needs of the customers and direct them to the proper sales team member in the boutique.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the client reception in accordance with the BTQ’s maximum capacity to guarantee that a sales consultant is present for every walk-in.
  • Interact with clients who are in a line while displaying a high level of interpersonal skills.
  • Introduce the customer to the Boutique’s reception process (aftersales, allocation, regular walk-in).
  • Coordination with the boutique staff is required to manage the client appointment system.

Requirements:

  • Possess good verbal and public speaking abilities have one to three years of relevant experience in the hospitality or aviation.
  • Perfect time management skills to prevent delays in providing services to clients.
  • Possess a positive outlook and a cordial demeanour.
  • Possess exceptional customer service abilities.
  • The capacity to perform flawlessly and effortlessly under pressure.
