About Role:

The post holder will serve as the British Council’s ambassador, providing a seamless customer experience to customers and students in dealing with inquiries about British Council English language and Examination services, while meeting agreed-upon targets, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:

To ensure a smooth customer journey, provide accurate information to customers and manage their expectations.
Maintain a regularly updated standard response bank to respond to customer inquiries.
Perform all reception and registration duties in accordance with applicable corporate standards and policies. All customer-accessible physical spaces should reflect the British Council brand.
As the British Council’s frontline, you must ensure that your dress and tone of voice reflect the organization’s brand values and standards.

Requirements:

Higher education and/or comparable professional experience
Extensive, demonstrated experience as a customer service and sales executive
Comprehensive knowledge of marketing and negotiating techniques
Quick learner with a strong interest in customer service and sales
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
