About Role:

Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers in resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer orders, returns, and exchanges are processed. Help with administrative activities like data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the needs of the customers are addressed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. Look for opportunities for process changes to improve the customer experience.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Previous experience in customer service
Excellent writing and vocal communication abilities Ability to operate in a fast-paced workplace and multitask efficiently
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
