About Role:

Accountable for front-line customer assistance and making sure customers are happy. addressing consumer complaints and ideas while offering great customer service. consistently deliver superior customer service and long-term expansion across the board.

Responsibilities:

Focus on improving the customer experience by providing high-quality service, working closely with key operational and commercial partners, and managing to maximise customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation.
Support customers by supplying information, responding to their inquiries, and taking into account their concerns and ideas.
Make sure the customer onboarding is top-notch.
to put an emphasis on ongoing process and control improvement, including handling customer complaints, with the goal of continually providing for the needs of the client.

Requirements:

+3 years of in-depth knowledge of pricing, product, and customer service mindsets in the logistics and forwarding industry.
A professional degree from a recognised university that specialises in logistics and forwarding is preferred.
knowledge of Microsoft software programmes and/or other industry-leading software programmes.
