About Role:

Promoting collaboration and ensuring that each is developed and evaluated against aligned, specific, measurable, attainable yet challenging, realistic, and time-bound goals and objectives. At all times while working, act as an ambassador for DP World by promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in accordance with DP World’s Principles, values, and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; and understanding and adhering to DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.

Responsibilities:

Examine arrival lists to greet guests and attend to special guests
Provide information about amenities, the surrounding area, and venues, as well as promote services.
Anticipate guest needs and cultivate customer relationships
Provide assistance with specific tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

8-10 years of proven experience in a similar role
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
English proficiency is required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Knowledge of computers
Customer-focused and professional attitude, as well as an outgoing personality
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, multitasking abilities, and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment are essential.
