About Role:

As a Customer Service Associate, our client is looking for a dedicated, customer-oriented, and dynamic individual. He or she will be responsible for answering customers’ questions and providing professional customer service. Ensure that the needs of a client are met, will interact effectively with customers and team members on a daily basis, and is typically the first point of contact within a company or business.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries about products and services in a timely and professional manner.
Manages and updates order details in a timely manner using an ERP system.
Receiving orders, ensuring billing charges, payments, and SKU dispatch based on PO.
Working with the sales, production, and planning teams to develop better ways to handle customer complaints.
While resolving issues, complaints, and returns, review customer accounts and transactions.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required.
Experienced in customer service.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of IMS and ISO certification requirements and practises.
Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to a variety of personalities.
Patience, empathy, and professionalism are required.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Data entry, website navigation, and other software are examples of basic computer skills.
