About Role:

The Senior Customer Service Officer’s role is to provide excellent customer service to customers across the Leisure, Entertainment, and Cinemas business. This position will also oversee the safe operation of equipment and/or rides.

Responsibilities:

Ensures that all customers correctly use the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for certain attractions.
Rides are operated in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Risk Assessments.
Owns health, safety, and well-being, as well as anyone or anything affected by acts or omissions.
Report incidents and suspend all work activities if their personal safety is jeopardised at any time.
Identifies and reports equipment deficiencies for assets (games, rides, points of sale, etc.) to the Manager on duty and/or the relevant Technician.

Requirements:

Experience in the F&B/Customer Service/Retail industries is preferred.
A high school diploma is required.
EIAC Basic Food Handling Certification
