About Role:
Customer Service Representative is a specialized role within an organization that is responsible for improving the customer experience and reducing errors while interacting with customers to support all types of requests and complaints.
Responsibilities:
- If SRs are logged in CRM queues, handle all types.
- Close the identified gaps in processes and systems, and provide feedback to business units on knowledge gaps to aid in training.
- Examine all reopened cases to identify gaps for effective resolution.
- Assist RMs with all types of requests assigned to them in order to achieve effective resolution/TAT.
- On BPM/Tracksoft, all requests are processed with fewer errors.

Requirements:
- Receive all SRs assigned to the center.
- investigates and determines the best solution
- Avoid escalated situations.
- Appropriate Response to All Types of Complaints
- Validation of complaints that have been resolved
- Reduction in the number of complaints
- Knowledgeable of the processes, products, and policies offered by Business Banking and the entire bank.
- Errors are reduced when performing transactions on BPM and Tracksoft.
- Document the gaps in knowledge, process, or system and provide feedback to the appropriate units.
- All requests received via email from RMs and other internal departments should be forwarded.
