About Role:

The Senior Customer Service Officer’s role is to provide great customer service to customers across the Leisure, Entertainment, and Cinemas industry. This position will also oversee the safe functioning of equipment and/or rides.

Responsibilities:

Customer Experience – Interacts with customers in a courteous and professional manner in accordance with MAF LEC programmes and initiatives, as well as any promotions and/or offers.
Using extensive product expertise, assists clients with games and/or rides.
Handles client complaints or issues and follows the proper escalation procedure.
Team – Respect all team members and treat them as equals, providing assistance as needed.
Cash Handling – Adhere to MAF LEC cash handling policies to ensure that all visitors receive the right change and that any variations in cash flow are minimised for each shift.

Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma EIAC Basic Food Handling Certification
Experience in the F&B/Customer Service/Retail industries is preferred.
