About Role:

We’re looking for a customer service representative to handle inquiries and complaints from customers. You will also be required to process orders, make changes, and escalate complaints through a variety of communication channels. To succeed in this role, you must be able to remain calm in the face of customer frustration and have prior experience working with computers.

Responsibilities:

At all times, maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
Responding to customer inquiries as soon as possible.
Using various channels to communicate with customers.
Recognize and resolve customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out allows you to respond to questions.
Orders, forms, applications, and requests are all processed.
Keeping track of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.

Requirements:

A high school diploma, a general education degree, or an equivalent is required.
The ability to remain calm in the face of stressed or upset customers.
Computers are easy to use.
Working knowledge of customer service.
