About Role:

We are looking for a suitable candidate with previous warehouse work experience to fill the role of Data Entry Operator – primary responsibilities will include updating and maintaining information on company systems – including collecting, entering data, and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate will have prior data entry experience, including fast accurate typing, an eye for detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.

Responsibilities:

Documents are prepared, compiled, and sorted for data entry.
Verifies and logs data receipt.
Source data is transcribed into the required electronic format.
Using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners, transfers information from paper formats into computer files.

Requirements:

GED certificate or high school diploma
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
1-3 years of data entry experience or equivalent training Ability to type at least 40 WPM
Microsoft Office knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
