About Role:

We are looking for a Data Scientist on their behalf to help with the delivery of anti-fraud solutions to customers in Riyadh. Work closely with customers to quickly understand their fraud challenges and identify how the company can assist them in successfully combating fraud.

Responsibilities:

Identify and engineer relevant features for fraud models using data from customers’ web and mobile applications.
Based on telemetry and customer-provided data, train and deploy machine learning models to predict fraud outcomes.
Maintain customer models and update or refresh them as needed.
Clear and effective communication with internal teams (sales, customer success, product, engineering, etc.) and customers about the performance of machine learning models, as well as other fraud and data science issues.
Give internal teams feedback on data science, product, and engineering issues, and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

Experience developing and deploying machine learning models on large amounts of data. Working with highly unbalanced data (such as that found in fraud use cases) is a big plus.
A passion for delighting customers, as well as the ability to regularly engage with customers on fraud, security, and machine learning issues. Prior experience working with customers on complex fraud or security issues would be a significant advantage.
Knowledge of common web and mobile technologies.
Personable and persistent, with strong interpersonal skills. A great listener. Self-motivated, capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a flexible team.
A demonstrated enthusiasm for and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
