About Role:

Understand how all WMS functions relate to operational procedures, such as receiving, order processing, picking, packing, shipping, and stock counting. To be familiar with all Warehouse Operations SOPs, work instructions, and other documents. Configure warehouse and location setup, create and update location and SKU strategies, new SKU setup, and warehouse pick-put rule management.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit to management periodic reports on warehousing function activities and performance.
Identify and propose changes to existing processes and systems to improve them.
Collaborate with operational teams to develop and implement continuous improvement plans.
Starting a CPIP project with the goal of improving system functionality or process capabilities.
Audits WMS users on a regular basis to ensure proper use of written processes and procedures. Observations should be recorded and reported to management.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Results-oriented, proactive, and committed
capability of planning and organising multiple functions with competing interests
A high school diploma, preferably in business or supply chain related fields, is required.
