Responsibilities:

Design and develop short and medium-term learning strategies that include both generic and specific skills and knowledge while adhering to established objectives. Prior to and after implementation, evaluate the learning strategy in collaboration with relevant business needs.
Conduct an organisational training analysis of current, emerging, and future training needs in order to provide comprehensive training solutions to line departments and improve training KPIs.
Manage the creation of a cost-effective and innovative training curriculum. Make certain that all training programmes include department SOPs and safety implications. Programs must follow dnata Training Policy and Procedures, relevant National and International Training standards, and the dnata Training Framework.

Requirements:

Thorough knowledge of Learning and Development processes and methodologies.
Knowledge of relevant training standards for vocational learning.
Understanding of learning principles, theories, and current instructional design practises.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentational communication skills.
