About Role:

For the position of documentation specialist, we are looking for candidates who are meticulous and organised. Documentation specialists, among other things, are responsible for developing a long-term storage strategy, collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practise across the company, and training employees on efficient documentation usage.

Responsibilities:

Assuring that all document tasks are completed on time and that all manifests are closed.
FMC filed for the United States, while ANS filed for Europe.
The manifestation of transhipment
Ensure documentation compliance for each location prior to vessel arrivals, and direct the back-office team.
Individual locations are responsible for ensuring cargo compliance standards are met through monitoring and auditing.

Requirements:

A minimum of three years’ experience in the nvocc shipping industry is required.
Understanding of port, harbour, customs, and immigration activities and procedures, as well as the necessary legal requirements
Understanding of terminal operating systems, shipping operations, vessel services, and port rotations is required.
