About Role:

Technical drawings and plans, including schematics, blueprints, and diagrams, are created based on specifications and needs provided by engineers, architects, or project managers. Creating accurate and detailed drawings with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other drafting tools Examining and revising existing drawings to reflect design or specification changes or updates

Responsibilities:

Working with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure that drawings are correct, complete, and satisfy project specifications.
Making and keeping a library of drawings and design documentation for future use
Visiting sites and doing surveys to obtain information and confirm that designs are correct and feasible
Assuring that all drawings and design documentation adhere to applicable standards and regulations
Clarifying design parameters and requirements with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture is required.
A technical college diploma is also accepted.
Knowledge of computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
The ability to draw by hand is advantageous but not required.
Capability to operate successfully both in a group and on your alone.
Ability to respond positively to criticism while remaining upbeat.
