About Role:

Driver assisters help company drivers deliver products or equipment to customers and clients. They load and unload products or equipment and keep detailed records of deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading of company goods.
Providing assistance to drivers in locating delivery locations.
Keeping detailed delivery records and reports.
All delivery-related issues must be reported to senior management.
Communicating effectively with clients and customers to resolve complaints.

Requirements:

GED or high school diploma.
Demonstrated experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or production.
Experience in customer service is preferred.
The ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
The ability to work irregular hours.
