About Role:

Drive all Delta vehicles authorised by a UAE driving licence to the desired location, workshops, delivery to / collection from the customer, or as directed by the Supervisor. To present a professional image to customers by providing courteous service in accordance with Delta standards. Chauffeur service is provided as needed. Fill out required paperwork and refuel vehicles neatly.

Responsibilities:

When delivering a vehicle to a customer or moving a vehicle, ensure that all documents are properly filled out and all necessary procedures are followed (NRT)
Check vehicles at check-out and check-in in the presence of the customer, and document any vehicle damage. Notify management of any vehicle malfunctions or damages.
Carry out physical car inventory and other duties as assigned by the supervisor, such as deliveries, pick-ups, visits to the traffic department for registrations and traffic fines, tasjeel, filing, and so on.

Requirements:

Good English communication skills
Knowledge of Arabic preferable
Presentable with customer service orientation
Valid GCC / UAE driving license class 3 & 5
2 years driving experience within the service industry
Educated to Secondary School level
