About Role:

Set up and operate machinery to wash or dry-clean clothing, blankets, rugs, and other items. We are dedicated to empowering our guests’ well-being by providing a revitalising environment, thoughtful amenities, and revitalising programming, ensuring that they leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Responsibilities:

Items are labelled upon receipt, and cleaning instructions are included.
Using appropriate solvents, chemicals, detergents, or other cleaning agents, removes spots and stains.
Operates dry cleaners, washers, and dryers.
Cleans, irons, presses, and steams clothing and other fabrics.
When the cleaning process is finished, hangs or folds the items.

Requirements:

Read customer instructions on requested cleaning methods and stain removal.
The ability to read and follow cleaning agent instruction manuals.
Knowledge of how to use washing machines, dryers, and dry-cleaning equipment.
Outstanding communication abilities.
