About Role:

The Driver is in charge of moving mail and items from one site to another in a safe and timely manner. The Driver may be required to pick up and drop off visitors to and from airports, hotels, and offices on occasion.

Responsibilities:

Collection and delivery of mail from PO Box on a daily basis and transfer to office mail room as allocated Delivery of all inter-office/inter-company mail covering all retail outlets, offices, and warehouse
Assist with the sorting and distribution of mail.
Customized errands
Deliver all sensitive/confidential inter-office/inter-company mail to the designated recipient, and secure a signed receipt in the dispatch book.
Report any/all incidents/occurrences of misplaced/lost mail and offer aid in the tracing and tracking of mail. (delivered and undelivered)
Transportation of visitors and new employees to and from airports, hotels, and workplaces
