About Role:

Bike couriers, also known as bicycle couriers or bike messengers, typically work for courier companies or as independent contractors and are in charge of delivering documents, medical supplies, and various other items to specified locations using bicycles. They plan travel routes, obtain signatures from recipients, and collect payments as needed.

Responsibilities:

Picking up and delivering various packages to specified locations in accordance with dispatch staff’s delivery instructions.
Verifying addresses and locations before each delivery to ensure no mistakes.
Carefully planning travel routes to ensure that packages are delivered on time to recipients.
Packages are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Obtaining signatures from recipients upon completion of each delivery to confirm receipt of the correct items.

Requirements:

GED or high school diploma.
Demonstrated experience as a bike courier.
Excellent understanding of road safety regulations.
The ability to work effectively under duress.
The capability of using GPS devices.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
