About Role:

This function is responsible for providing an exceptional Guest experience in a highly empowered environment. To provide a flawless dining experience, you must represent our brand throughout the Guest journey. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our products by delighting them from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring that all previously issued areas and dip checks have been dealt with or closed off satisfactorily.
Routine inventory responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels.
Providing the best first impression possible, whether in person or over the phone.
Receiving and greeting all visitors and clients at the office reception desk.
Managing corporate events by assisting with venue setup and providing assistance in meeting requirements.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a 5* hotel in similar and/or related fields.
At least three years of experience at the same level.
Language proficiency in English
A high school diploma or degree is required as the minimum qualification. Preferably a hotel management graduate.
