About Role:

This function is responsible for carrying out supervisory duties required to protect property and provide a safe working environment, as well as acting on matters affecting the security and safety of all properties and Guests. Supervising daily security operations and activities to ensure the effective management of all physical security aspects of Emaar Hospitality Group assets. The job holder supervises daily activities and operations during the shift in order to ensure that security and safety tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Organize emergency drills for employees, as well as safety activities, three-level safety education training, and assessment.
Morning safety meeting, supervision, implementation of potential safety hazard rectification by Party A, and response to external information
Construction site safety and civility, on-site safety hazard screening and rectification tracking and implementation
In charge of on-site safety production inspections, supervision, hidden danger screening, and recertification.

Requirements:

A minimum of three years’ experience in the security industry or as a security guard is required. Experience in the UAE is required.
Minimum of two months documented formal security training or five years experience in a comparable role in another country, including military or law enforcement agencies.
Completion and certification of 12 years of secondary education is required.
