About Role:

Understand the responsibilities of your assigned position during flight and perform to the best of your ability. Ensure passenger satisfaction by answering questions and providing assistance. Before takeoff, inspect the cabin for compliance with safety regulations. Welcome passengers on board and assist them to their seats as needed. Food and beverages are served, and products are sold.

Responsibilities:

Give a well-prepared “safety” presentation Monitor the cabin frequently throughout the flight Adhere to established regulations and procedures
In the event of an emergency, remain calm and assist passengers.
Pay special attention to passengers with special needs (children, disabled, elders etc)
Prepare accurate reports on any significant issues or events.

Requirements:

Minimum High school diploma or any higher education
Another language is an advantage if you speak and write English fluently.
You must be at least 21 years old to apply.
The minimum height requirement is 161 cm.
No visible tattoos or body piercings (with the exception of one earring in the lower lobe of each ear for females only) while wearing the Etihad uniform (bandages and cosmetic coverings are not permitted)
There is no criminal record.
Outstanding personal presentation, style, and image
Willing to serve alcohol, including during the Ramadan holy month
Willing to meet the visa requirements of the UAE and the GCAA
Be comfortable in the water and able to swim with the aid of a flotation device.
