About Role:

As a paralegal (with 0-2 years’ experience), you will have the opportunity to work alongside the General Counsel and legal team of a leading family office, providing crucial support in a wide range of legal and administrative tasks. From conducting legal research to drafting legal documents, your work will directly impact the success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Conducting legal research and providing analysis to support the legal team
Managing and organising legal files and documents
Supporting the legal team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Getting involved in some legal matters that come through the business, often involving private equity and venture capital transactions as well as managing a portfolio of interesting businesses.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
0-2 years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant Arabic fluency is a must
