About Role:

The position holder is in charge of performing site inspections to verify that the FM services provider’s performance achieves business objectives and is in accordance with the relevant standards and procedures. The position holder must also organise inspections, create inspection reports on non-compliance, and communicate the information to the appropriate stakeholders. They must also make sure that all standards violations are escalated and that corrective steps are taken.

Responsibilities:

Visit the sites to inspect them and report any inconsistencies in the FM service providers’ performance regarding the cleaning, building materials, and planned preventive maintenance tasks for DHAM’s facilities.
To govern the work process within the boundaries of regulations, make sure the policies, regulations, procedures, and programmes are followed on the job sites.
Respond to the department head’s and contractor’s requests for inspections as needed in order to observe testing and any other facility management-related issues.
Analyze losses and asset conditions following incidents or adverse weather.

Requirements:

An undergraduate degree in any field. I prefer engineering.
It is preferable to have a professional qualification in facilities management (IWFM) or an equivalent.
Experience in quality assurance, facilities management, inspection, or a related sector of at least 5 years
