About Role:

As the client’s main point of contact, you can answer their inquiries and requests by phone and email. To update records, files, reservations, and respond to customer enquiries, utilise a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to enter and retrieve data from computer databases. other than computers, use ordinary office equipment. Making use of word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software, create letters, memos, and other documents.

Responsibilities:

Creating enticing and appealing meals while making constant upgrades.
Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food and drink supplies for the bar and refrigerators, as well as the kitchen.
Forming effective connections with suppliers of food and drink.
Following the food and drink budget.
Running the everyday operations for food and drink.

Requirements:

4 years minimum of experience in the hospitality sector, with a focus on food and drink.
A degree in culinary arts or food service management may be helpful.
Extensive expertise in the food industry.
Extensive practical experience with associated computer programmes, particularly restaurant management programmes.
