About Role:

Oversee the implementation of the local Learning strategy for the entire Chanel distribution in ME & India, taking into account the uniqueness and business challenges of each market. Build a short- and long-term development plan for each market/boutique in close collaboration with the various F&B departments.

Responsibilities:

To develop the sales population in accordance with the local Learning and Business strategy.
To be and act as a “Business partner” by contributing to the brand’s business development in the region through his/her learning and coaching activities.
Contributing to the development of a three-axis learning strategy with a client-centric focus

Requirements:

4/5 years of experience as a Trainer in the beauty industry.
Solid experience in field coaching/feedback and people development in-store
creation of educational content (physical and digital)
Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
Clienteling contents and comfortable facilitating sales techniques
Innovation and creativity
Arabic native speaker (plus)
Autonomous
Organizational abilities
