About Role:

Understand the QHSE and Energy Management procedures and carry out the various production positions as needed. Be open to new training issues and a proactive member in tool kit meetings for QHSE and energy management improvements. Make certain that no quality or safety incidents occur as a result of negligence, carelessness, or overconfidence. Maintain vigilance and care at all times during the operation to ensure that no errors occur.

Responsibilities:

This position’s primary responsibilities include following and ensuring correct charging of VI additives and adhering to safety guidelines, as well as ensuring housekeeping is well maintained in various work areas throughout the plant.
Take charge of the filling line in terms of managing the changeover process, ensuring that time is well managed and that machine changeover occurs technically and on time.
Ability to read, write, distinguish and compare various product / packaging requirements on the internet, and be prepared to catch any errors that occur due to supplier errors.

Requirements:

VI additive charging in VI batches and in standard operating time.
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the Decantation, Hazardous, and Non-Hazardous skip areas.
Follow the standard procedure for loss control management.
Maintain and improve visual and 5S management in the workplace.
Maintain and improve filling machine OEE in accordance with targets.
Ensure that the filling line operations are well coordinated in order to achieve acceptable productivity levels.
