About Role:

The role seeks to be known as a trusted business advisor. This role assists the Director of MEA Shared Services in developing and enabling their finance team to Thrive. The role communicates with stakeholders, ensures a strong control and compliance environment, and understands the EMEA finance management company value proposition. The role collaborates with key stakeholders in the Shared Service -Centre of Excellence and participating hotels, and it assists the shared service’s finance leader in innovating and developing best-in-class talent.

Responsibilities:

Management and leadership of functions within the COE Finance Team
In charge of the month-end and year-end processes
Continuous optimization of COE processes, performance, and projects
Managing relationships with hotels that receive support from the COE
assisting with the integration of new hotels into the COE

Requirements:

Capability to lead a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Experience with team leadership and project management
Competence in managing multiple priorities and seeing tasks through to completion
Work attitude characterised by adaptability, drive, sound judgement, dependability, and ambition
Proactive stakeholder management through superior written and interpersonal communication skills
