About Role:

As Finance Assistant, you will report directly to the Finance Operations Manager and will be in charge of ensuring that Ding can access airtime from 600 mobile operators in 130 countries. You will have the opportunity to learn and progress through daily challenges while working at a fast pace, but always with an innovative and flexible mindset at the forefront.

Responsibilities:

Complete supplier reconciliations according to monthly deadlines.
Maintain and manage current supplier relationships (by email and telephone)
Creating stock purchase orders is your responsibility.
Reconcile supplier transaction data and send supplier confirmation/proof of payment
Ding should be represented in a nice and professional manner.
As needed, ad hoc reporting and analysis

Requirements:

Ideally, one year of job experience in finance is required. (6 months minimum)
Database usage and query writing proficiency
Outstanding communication abilities
Excel abilities are essential, as is knowledge of power queries.
Knowledge of power automate
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are required.
Problem solver capable of succeeding in a fast-paced, ever-changing workplace Fluency in English is required.
