About Role:

An assistant is in charge of ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of an office by performing administrative and clerical tasks as well as providing dependable support to managers, staff, and office visitors. An administrative assistant, office assistant, personal assistant, or office clerk are all terms for an assistant.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the safe entry of the cooling conveyor’s head and tail coils into the reforming tub.
Trim the coil’s head and tail according to the number of rings to be removed.
During production, the head and tail of coils are constantly monitored and guided.
Trim the coil’s head and tail according to the number of rings to be removed.
To aid in size/pass changing activities by utilising the in delay caused by the shift.

Requirements:

A high school diploma is required.
An understanding of and experience with administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Computer proficiency is required.
Knowledge of office equipment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organisational, planning, and time management abilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
