About Role:

Through planning, organising, directing, and controlling the Food and Beverage operation and administration, ensure that the Food and Beverage outlets and Banqueting Department are managed as successful independent profit for Al Khoory Hotels, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with Al Khoory Hotels Standards.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that each Food and Beverage outlet and Banquet is successfully managed as a separate profit centre.
Ensure that each outlet is managed by a Management Team (Outlet Manager/ Executive Chef) that is solely responsible for its profitability.
Coordination of the Annual Operating Budget formulation in determining outlet projected revenues and expenses, operating equipment, and FF & E needs
Maintain strict adherence to the Departmental Operations Budget and manage Profit & Loss.
Ensure that all outlets and banquets are efficiently managed in accordance with the established concept statements.

Requirements:

Ensure that waste is reduced and properly documented.
Ensure that the Department’s operational budget is strictly followed and that all costs are tightly controlled.
Ensure that all employees fully understand and adhere to the hotel’s Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety policies.
