About Role:

A food safety supporter plays an important role within the food safety team and the culinary team as a whole, with the primary responsibility of ensuring that the implemented Food Safety Management System is followed in all aspects, with a focus on monitoring and verification of the same, from receiving food to serving it to guests.

Responsibilities:

Inspects, analyses, and identifies food safety risks in food and beverage purchasing, receipt, storage, and preparation
Food sampling is done on a monthly basis.
Assist with the collection and recording of data on guest and supplier complaints.
Conduct trial runs as needed and/or as scheduled.
As needed, perform administrative duties.
Provide feedback to the Assistant Manager and Director of FS & ES on all day-to-day hygiene, food safety, and long-term hygiene issues.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of related work experience
It is necessary to be able to analyse problems and solve them.
Computer skills are required, as are excellent written and oral English skills.
It is advantageous to be familiar with the Dubai Food Code.
