About Role:

We are looking for a customer-oriented restaurant supervisor to oversee all restaurant operations. The restaurant supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities of the restaurant staff, expediting customer orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers. You should also be able to identify ways to cut operational costs at the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Restaurant staff screening, interviewing, hiring, and training.
Managing the work schedules of restaurant employees.
Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to ensure that proper hygiene and sanitation standards are met.
Supervising food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure that food health and safety regulations are followed.

Requirements:

GED or high school diploma.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or in hospitality is preferred.
Proven supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
The ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
