About Role:

We are looking for a well-organized foreman with strong time management skills to oversee construction sites and ensure that deadlines are met. The foreman would consult with property owners and tenants to assess their needs and adjust work orders as necessary.

Responsibilities:

Make and keep construction schedules.
Hire and manage employees.
Contact property owners and tenants.
Purchase materials as needed.
Ensure that projects stay within their budgets.
Make certain that safety protocols are followed.

Requirements:

should have at least three years of experience in the piping department
Pipeline projects must be prepared, maintained, and installed.
Working closely with client representatives to ensure each project’s quality compliance.
Plans, assigns, schedules, and supervises the work of subordinate skilled and trade helpers on repair and installation projects.
