About Role:

Forklift operators, also known as forklift drivers, operate industrial trucks and specialise in warehouse transportation. Their primary duties include loading and unloading warehouse material, optimising loads for operational efficiency, and identifying vehicle damage.

Responsibilities:

Unloading materials and merchandise from arriving vehicles and stacking them in their designated locations
Locate and transfer product stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
Deliver raw materials to manufacturing workstations
Identify damage and report shortages or poor quality.
Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and ensure safety through routine maintenance.
Assist in keeping the facilities safe and orderly.
Follow all company policies and legal guidelines.

Requirements:

Must have 2-3 years of experience working as a Forklift Operator in a Logistics company.
