About Role:

Share your newfound knowledge with other practitioners, and cultivate and maintain relationships with parents. Observe, evaluate, and record each child’s progress. Ensure the health and safety of children and staff at all times, both inside and outside of the nursery or school. Keep abreast of curriculum changes and developments in best practise. Motivate and stimulate a child’s learning abilities, frequently encouraging experiential learning. Provide pastoral care and support to children, as well as a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist a child’s personal, social, language, and physical coordination development.
Create visual aids and instructional materials.
Encourage mathematical and creative development in children by telling stories, singing songs, playing games, drawing, and engaging in imaginative play.
Plan and coordinate work both inside and outside with others, such as teaching assistants and nursery nurses, as well as volunteer helpers.

Requirements:

EYFS Training Cache Diploma Level 3 Bachelor of Education
