About Role:

General helper provides general shop procedure and safety orientations to students, as well as individual and group instruction for specific skills or equipment operation.

Responsibilities:

The employee will be held accountable for adhering to the company’s rules, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Assist machinists in cleaning work areas, milling machines, equipment, and dies.
assisting and adhering to the machine operator’s instructions
Operating various production machinery components
Cleaning the work area and manufacturing equipment
Setting up orders on the manufacturing machinery
Using a forklift as needed
Candidates must be willing to work a significant amount of overtime.

Requirements:

As needed, assist maintenance personnel with tasks.
Making beds and cleaning rooms
Snow removal includes, but is not limited to, using a snow plough and shovelling snow by hand.
The Skid Steer’s Operation
communicating necessary repairs to management and/or maintenance teams
Cleaning of public areas in general
