About Role:

You will assist in the delivery of engineering services to Worley and our customers as a member of the Worley Graduate Community and under the supervision and mentorship of the civil engineering department.

Responsibilities:

Deliver civil engineering services on time and within budget that meet Worley’s, its customers’, and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications.
Contribute to appropriate studies, analyses, and action recommendations; and assist with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reports.
Effective communication with the civil engineering team and project stakeholders, including the customer, is essential.
Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and, if necessary, seek assistance.

Requirements:

Vacation student/internship experience in an engineering environment is preferred.
Civil engineering skills that are both technical and practical.
Understanding of the fundamental requirements of civil engineering as well as the fundamental requirements of other engineering fields.
Developing skills in civil engineering specific software.
Some knowledge of relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
