About Role:

We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic trainees who are interested in a career in recruitment. You will be primarily exposed to the candidate sourcing aspect of recruitment. This role will provide you with a varied, stimulating, and challenging opportunity to further develop your interpersonal and commercial skills, giving you real-world experience.

Responsibilities:

You will be taught how to establish relationships with potential clients and actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling and emailing.
You would assist the team by sourcing, selecting, briefing, and interviewing candidates from various job boards.
You would screen candidates and prepare CVs for various job openings.
You would provide administrative support, clerical duties, filing, document preparation, and so on.

Requirements:

Extremely well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; – Ability to quickly absorb new information – Capability to manage multiple, time-sensitive tasks at the same time
Excellent communication skills – Is professional, punctual, and customer-focused.
