About Role:

To effectively fulfil creative design related jobs requested by NPFCL and its sister concerned companies that will represent the image, vision, and goals of NPFCL. The Graphic Designer will be in charge of all design-related activities in NPFCL and its sister companies, including catalogues, logos, print media, packaging, exhibitions, showrooms, and other types of provided/requested items.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on creative briefs or ideas provided by various NPFCL departments and sister companies.
In collaboration with various Departments, design all NPFCL catalogues, giveaways, calendars, brochures, and print media advertisements, ensuring that designs are consistent with approved layout.
Manage the entire design development process from briefing to conceptualization to execution.
In collaboration with the Sales, Production, and Marketing Departments, design all NPFCL packing materials such as drums, cartons, and other types of packing material, ensuring that designs are consistent with the approved layout.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in fine arts or a related field from a reputable university is required.
Worked as a Graphic Designer for at least four (4) years.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Adobe Creative Suite knowledge must be demonstrated.
In a fast-paced environment, the ability to prioritise and multitask is required.
