About Role:

For the position of guest service representative, we are looking for highly organised candidates with excellent people skills. Among other things, guest service representatives are responsible for providing front desk services to guests, performing various administrative duties, and diffusing conflict or tension in hotels.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and making guests feel welcome upon their arrival.
Managing check-ins and check-outs.
Guests are served at the front desk.
Assigning rooms and handling administrative tasks.
Message and mail delivery.
Guest payments are processed.

Requirements:

GED or high school diploma.
2+ years of customer service experience is required.
A hospitality certificate or diploma is advantageous.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
Experience with conflict resolution.
Patience and good listening skills are required.
