About Role:

To provide the health insurance department with better, more accurate, and efficient services. To correctly and on time process the day-to-day transactions received from our clients.

Responsibilities:

Policy issuance and endorsement procedures (Addition, Deletion, Amendments)
Perform monthly reconciliation.
Responds to general inquiries via email and phone calls
If the automation process is successful, keep track of it and report any technical issues.

Requirements:

Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
Excellent hands-on experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Analytical abilities that are exceptional
intelligent thinker
With medical operations experience
