About Role:

This role is intended to aid in the implementation of DP World’s Decarbonization strategy by carrying out energy management projects and ensuring compliance with DP World’s philosophy of zero harm to our people and the environment. In addition, the Group is receiving assistance with an ongoing Renewable Energy potential and regulations research project.

Responsibilities:

Project on Behavior Based Safety – Create training materials for the implementation of a Behavior Based Safety programme.
Safety Program Development assesses the criticality and needs of retail, distribution, and corporate business functions.
Students will be part of a collaborative, crossfunctional, and geographically diverse team. They will assist in conducting hazard assessments for processes and equipment.
Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practises to ensure that they are in compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

Ensures that the Site is proactive in identifying, maintaining, and adhering to all applicable county, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
Coordination of hazardous waste disposal activities
Study for a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Environmental Protection or a related field.
The candidate must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate programme or hold a degree from a regionally accredited university.
