About Role:

Personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting. Monitoring the patient’s vital signs and informing the medical team of any changes. Assisting patients with mobility and transferring them as needed. Giving patients emotional support and companionship. Ensure that patients are always comfortable and well-cared for.

Responsibilities:

Keeping patient rooms and equipment clean and tidy.
Documenting patient care accurately and on time.
Following all health and safety guidelines and protocols.
Effective communication with patients, their families, and members of the medical team.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
Prior experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a related role is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Basic medical terminology and procedures are required.
