About Role:

Examine the documents to determine the nature of the load and to ensure accuracy. Before and after trips, inspect the vehicle for defects and safe driving conditions. Drive the vehicle from/to the designated area with caution and in the allotted time frame. All accidents involving company personnel and vehicles must be reported and documented. Keep up to date on regulatory changes with the RTA. Promptly report breakdowns, weather and traffic conditions, emergencies, and so on.

Responsibilities:

Keep a log of your vehicle’s mileage and trip details.
Assist store employees with loading and unloading goods.
Alternatively, transport documents and miscellaneous items between branches.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:

High school diploma with UAE D/L.
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the UAE is required, as well as knowledge of the UAE’s roads.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Tasks must be delivered operationally.
Basic computer and administrative knowledge will be advantageous.
