About Role:

Plans are carried out through tasks such as preparing patients for operations, wound care, and vital sign monitoring. Monitors and records medication management activities. Responds to emergencies appropriately. Consider each customer’s specific needs, expectations, lifestyle, and cultural background.

Responsibilities:

Maintains and demonstrates clinical competence in all aspects of patient care, including those with complex needs, by employing evidence-based practise.
Ensures that care is provided within the unit in accordance with established corporate and hospital policies and procedures, as well as international standards.
Ensures clinical resources and continuity of care throughout her/his shift.
As needed, provides guidance and supervision to other employees.
Effectively and constructively communicates all necessary information to all parties involved.
Maintains and demonstrates clinical competence in all aspects of patient care, including those with complex needs, by employing evidence-based practise.
Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

Nursing BSc or equivalent
DHA Licensing Eligible
Total of two years in an acute care facility with more than 100 beds.
