About Role:

Our mission is to optimise and manage furnished short-term rental apartments for our clients by renting them on various platforms such as booking.com, Airbnb, Property finder, and many others.

Responsibilities:

Clean – Throughout the assigned property, perform general and deep cleaning and sanitising tasks. Disinfect the bathrooms, kitchen, and dining areas. Dishes, utensils, glasses, and pots and pans should all be washed. Clean mirrors and wipe down surfaces in rooms. Clean the floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes. Linens, bedspreads, and blankets should be removed and replaced.
Wash and stock all bathroom towels and hand towels.
Other responsibilities include picking up and emptying trash cans. If necessary, notify maintenance if something is not working properly.

Requirements:

Detail-oriented, private, and professional
The ability to read, write, and speak English is required, as is the ability to communicate clearly with other team members and the line manager.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, as well as reach, bend, lift, and pull.
Driver’s licence (preferred but not a necessity)
Car (preferred but not a necessity) (preferred but not a necessity)
Capable of working a 7-day schedule with some shift work. The company is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This job will require work on weekdays, weekends, early mornings, and late evenings.
