Responsibilities:

to keep the pantry and housekeeping supplies neat and tidy
Join the daily briefing to get the most up-to-date information on the day’s activities.
Reports any hazards, risks, or accidents as needed. Ensures that all staircases, work areas, and pertinent public areas on own floor are cleaned to requirements.
Is aware of the department’s preventative techniques for lowering the risk of back injuries.
Room service trays and trolleys should be moved to an appropriate pick-up/storage place as needed.

Requirements:

To sign in and be responsible for security keys on a shift-by-shift basis.
Maintains hotel grooming standards.
Any odd occurrences on the floors/guestrooms should be reported to the supervisor.
Help guests with questions and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and features.
Ensures that all operational equipment is clean and neat at the end of each shift.
Stock and maintain the housekeeping trolley, ensuring that appropriate supplies are available and that the trolley is always presentable.
